ScoreMyDOT provides estimated Inspection Selection System (ISS) scores and BASIC percentile information for motor carriers based on publicly available FMCSA data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Disclaimer of Accuracy
Important: The ISS scores and safety data displayed on ScoreMyDOT are estimates based on publicly available information. They may not reflect the actual values used by roadside enforcement officers. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
- Data is sourced from FMCSA and may have delays in updates
- Calculated scores are estimates and may differ from official values
- The Service should not be used as the sole basis for compliance decisions

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when making purchases
- Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions
- Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Not resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service
Purchases and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery of digital information:
- All sales are final once the report has been accessed
- Access to purchased reports is valid for 24 hours
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding FMCSA public data), is owned by ScoreMyDOT. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreMyDOT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Business losses based on data provided
- Decisions made using the information provided
- Service interruptions or data unavailability
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoreMyDOT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time.
